SIZE INFORMATION: Regular
N95s are intended to be snug, but should not be so tight that they are unusable. Measuring your head just above your ears is the best way to find the size you need:
- If your head is SMALLER than 22 inches, choose the Small/Petite
- If your head is BETWEEN 22 inches and 24 inches, choose the Regular/Universal
- If your head is LARGER than 24 inches, the mask will be too tight to wear comfortably and we do not recommend that you purchase our N95s.
Return policy: We cannot accept returns of any open packages of N95 masks.
These are my favorite masks so far in terms of fit/seal, comfort, ease of breathing and efficacy. I wear the regular/adult size, and the only issue I have with them is that no matter how carefully and minimally I stretch the straps over my decidedly average-sized head, about one in 5 times the strap breaks at the point of attachment to the mask. These are a little too pricey to be throwing out 20% of them, so I hope the manufacturer will do something to reinforce the straps.
I bought this mask without doing much research before a plane trip. I have a small head and the fit is great with no leaking. But as I look at the specifications I don';t see how many microns the filtering protects. This has me concerned and wondering why the company doesn';t list this information. I';ll probably double mask during my travels.
They arrived just in time and fit well. I am glad they are made right here so the quality is assured.
I was disappointed in these masks. The box itself was not sealed, it was just closed. The masks inside were not sealed, which surprised me. The small size that I purchased was mainly for my daughter. It was difficult to put on but more so the head and neck straps were so thin that when worn, it was like having a tight string on.
These masks are very breathable however I bought for my dad and they are tight on him. He has COPD and has to wear an N95 but they are tight.
terrific fit and very secure and comfortable. I feel much safer using this mask.
It';s a well made mask with great filtration, a snug fit and very good breathability. To their credit they suggest measuring your head circumference to see which size mask is appropriate. I fall in the 22 to 24 inch range for the regular size but at 23 ¾ near the top of the range. As a result the mask is snug enough I wouldn';t want to wear it for more than an hour or so. The Gerson (available here at Armbrust) is similar but more comfortable for me personally and at a lower cost would be my recommendation for this style mask. Nevertheless a great mask and may be ideal for you.
it was ok; not exceptional
Once it';s on, the ProGear is the most comfortable N95 mask I';ve worn, which is great for extended wearing. It';s a little trickier than others to put on and take off, but it';s worth it.
These masks are too tight on my face. I guess they are safe, but I can';t wear them for long. Maybe there was a place on the order form to request size Large, but I didn';t see it.
