Hey, everyone. Welcome back to the place where we're testing every single respirator on Amazon. That's right. We're buying the respirators because they're available now. What's the difference you ask? I will tell you whilst I'm opening the box. N95 particulate respirator. The difference is, usually regulation, to be honest.

Oh, that's nice that they... Oh, look at that, oh, they sealed it. Oh, good job. This is the Titan protect, which is... Eric was just saying would be a great name for a superhero or a really tiny dog. Titan protect. Let's put it in the clamp.

The material on this is ridiculously thick. Like it's just ridiculously thick. Tell you all right, just by feeling it and let's let it rip. This is a PFE machine, particulate filtration efficiency machine. If you want to find out more about this guy, check out that link. So, I like how they are boxing this thing up. Talk about the box real quick or sealing in the bag. Whoa, that's a giant quality certificate. So, these are made in China, but Titan protect is a US brand. It looks like Titan West trading.

Strong, strong name, man. I want a name like a something that gets you pregnant after that, like Titan West is in California and what's going on is this is a private label of Makrite, or Makrite? I think it's like a clever plan where it's a Chinese brand been around for a long, long time. They make a lot of stuff and they've made a lot of N95's. They have a lot of different models and anybody can basically apply to get an N95 [inaudible 00:02:02], but this is the can 95 style.

And you can see they got the [inaudible 00:02:09] and they have the name and the manufacturer on there, which is part of like that. But this is literally the thickest material I have ever seen on the outside of a... It's a [inaudible 00:02:19] on the outside. It's like a hundred GSM, super thick. Right. Let's put this on.

I'll get there. Don't worry about me. All good. We didn't do the big picture. So, respirators are going to protect you more than a mask. So, if you see the word respirator, it means it's going to protect you more from something small, like COVID. Okay, the nose wire is aggressively strong. The smell is just cardboard box. Like it's what it smells like. It's definitely one of those things that I don't look forward to smelling, but it's not horrible. It's something that is... I can live with.

And it is kind of an interesting, more of an... It's not the standard CAN95 design. Like it's very interesting look that it has. The ear loops are the, the head straps are a little bit more snug than I like so, and it's an N95. So, you know it's probably going to be good. Look at this. Oh, man. Looking at the Amazon listing.

Is that Titan? It looks like Titan, dude, that guy, he knows what's up. Good bouncer name. All right. But it doesn't matter, if it doesn't protect you. Bam 99.363. 99.363. Pretty strong representation there. Very thick fabric on the outside. You could literally be in a super soaker fight with this and your face would not get wet at all. It's going to protect you that much. And the breathability was 122 pascals, 122.12, which is pretty good.

Like that's pretty breathable, but you know, I've seen better. Overall just because of the smell, I wouldn't particularly choose this mask. And also it just doesn't fit my head very well. If you have a more petite face, it's probably going to fit you better. I might recommend it in that case. I think there are better masks out there, but I mean it's not horrible. There are definitely the worse masks, so it's going to be right in the middle of the road. All right. Thank you guys so much for watching. I appreciate you. TITAN PROTECT SEKURA flat-fold respirator mask passed our particulate filtration efficiency machine test with a score of 99.36%. A defining characteristic of N95 masks is they have either head straps or head ties (no ear loops).

Mask breathability is determined by airflow resistance, which we measure in pascals. The target for adults should be around 150, and the target for children should be close to 100. The airflow resistance of this mask is 122.

This mask has a strong odor that's reminiscent of a cardboard box. The material is very thick, however, the fit is unimpressive. It'd likely be best for those with smaller heads/faces.
