30-Day Policy: If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Returns: Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs for any purchased items they wish to return. We DO NOT issue return shipping labels for returned items.
Eligibility: Your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Donation Packs are non-refundable, non-returnable. Receipt or proof of purchase is required to process all returns.
Exchanges: In some instances, items deemed defective or damaged can be replaced or exchanged. For exchanges, email support@armbrustusa.com.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Masks with obvious signs of use
- Mask packaging that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once a return is received and inspected, our support team will send a confirmation email as well as a notification on its review status.
If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (transaction times may vary based on payment method).
Late or missing refunds
First, check your bank account to verify refund has not gone through. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as processing times may vary. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@armbrustusa.com.

I’ve been steadily purchasing these mask for myself and family now for a few years. Originally it was just the regular surgical mask now the KN95 and these are hands down the most comfortable and most important to us USA made mask around. ☝🏾👌🏾💯

A tad tight for this large head but still comfortable and secure. The duck bill straps on another model were breaking like crazy so now I feel a lot more secure when I go out.

My Hungarian Puli and I are a pet therapy team at our local medical center. Covid, RSV, and Flu cases are on the rise - so much so that I debated taking a "vacation" from volunteering with patients until the numbers once again begin to subside; however, because these masks have a greater than, or equal to, 98% filtration rate, I decided we would continue visiting patients. I have been wearing Armbrust masks since the beginning of Covid and I have not contracted the virus! So, we will continue volunteering, taking all possible precautions, and putting our trust in Armbrust masks! BTW, I don't have a photo of me in a mask but I will share a photo of my certified therapy dog! She wants to know when Armbrust will start making masks for therapy dogs?!!!! (Just kidding!)
These are a great alternative to the industrial N95s that have straps around the head when one is going to get a haircut or needs to be able to comfortably remove the mask.

A little confusing with the difference between the black mask and the white mask on specifications. My daughter needed a better rated mask and after contacting customer support I got my answer. Great mask and at least on the white you can see American made.
