Thank you for purchasing our first attempt at mask sampler kit.  We'd love to get your opinion on what you think worked or things we can improve.

For example: You may have gotten to this page by scanning the QR code on the paper insert or by scanning the QR code on our KN95 masks. We didn't mean to use the same QR code twice...that's the kind of thing that could have gone better.
