30-Day Policy: If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Returns: Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs for any purchased items they wish to return. We DO NOT issue return shipping labels for returned items.

Eligibility: Your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Donation Packs are non-refundable, non-returnable. Receipt or proof of purchase is required to process all returns.

Exchanges: In some instances, items deemed defective or damaged can be replaced or exchanged. For exchanges, email support@armbrustusa.com.

Mask packaging that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once a return is received and inspected, our support team will send a confirmation email as well as a notification on its review status.

If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (transaction times may vary based on payment method).

Late or missing refunds

First, check your bank account to verify refund has not gone through. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as processing times may vary. Pleasant alternative

We tried the PuraVita masks when the Armbrust KN95 were out of stock. I prefer the fit of this mask and straps over the Armbrust because I have a round face and wear glasses without nose pieces. It is slightly more comfortable. I can wear both, but this mask is my go-to when I just want a plain white mask. Other family members like the Armbrust fit better. I can easily wear this mask for 8 hours indoors and 3-4 hours outdoors. I like that we can purchase both from one site.

PuraVita KN95 masks

Just received PuraVita KN95 style surgical mask, I like the individual packing. Haven't used yet, I want to reserve using these masks for taking flights. Me too, same question, what is the difference between PuraVita KN95 masks and Armbrust USA-made KN95 masks???

The two masks are pretty identical spec and protection wise however the main difference is that the Armbrust USA KN95 mask has KN95/GB certification (the certification process for a KN95 mask) and the PuraVita mask does not have this certification.

Good mask

A little thicker material that the other kn95s at Armbrust. I wear these with oxygen when I'm in public. It's the best kn95 I've found to date.

Living this mask, but …

I love this mask. Easy to wear, comfortable to wear. But I wonder if this offers a full K95 protection like the real KN95. Why does’t it have a GB number? When the virus is not raging, I will wear it, but when it starts to act up, I will opt for true KN 95 mask

Great question. This mask is rated to protect with a 98% filtration efficacy, and it filters down to .1 microns. So you are getting better protection than nearly any other KN95 available!
