Hey, everyone. Welcome back to the place we're testing every single mask on Amazon. Today we are looking at the SOOQSOO, so I feel like the Q's accidental and they just were typing, "O," and then they hit the Q somehow. I know it's on the other side of the keyboard, but ... So as my clamp, let's put it in the clamp and see how it tests shall we? That's what we're here for, right? The clamp knows, man, this spun bond is not very good quality. It's very thick, but I think that might be intentional and they might be trying to get the full, pure black look. This is a PFE machine, particulate filtration efficiency machine. You could hear me yabber on about masks all day long. The only reason you should be here is our local deity, the PFE machine, that will tell us the truth about how well this mask does. So let's look at the SOOQOO.
Hey, wait a second. This looks familiar. It's exactly like the WECOLOR masks that we just tested a second ago. Interesting. Weird that a company would choose this same exact packaging and just change the name. Wow, the fronts are almost exactly the same as well. Interesting. This happens all the time. Let's open it up. Same exact packaging.
See, I don't like when they do that on a black mask where they do the white on the inside. I like it to be full black. It's going to be black make it black, you know what I'm saying? Ooh, that's good. Why does that happen? Why? Oh, that's not good. That's not good. So the WECOLOR version did a lot better.
Oh wow. That is so thick. It's so thick that the nose wire barely holds on. The outer GSM is like 100 GSM, which is the thickness of the fabric. That's yeah, that's crazy. And I'm getting the same exact smell as the other mask, which was, it's like a strawberry cotton candy, cotton candy, again. Must be made next to some really delicious treats. Okay?
Does any of that matter if it doesn't protect, you let's check out what the PFE machine has to say. 81.711. I think WECOLOR did 79 and this one did 81, so there you go. Same factory, not very good at making masks I would say. Stick to probably a different factory if I were you. That's just my own personal opinion. In the United States we like to see things at least 95%. Of course that's ASTM level 1, the lowest standard in the United States, better is, in my opinion, a level 2 or 3, which is 98%. And what was the breathability on that?
78.
78. So really breathable.
All right, guys. Thank you so much for watching. I really appreciate you and I hope to see you on the next test, which is 10:00 tomorrow.
