Hey, everyone. Welcome back to the place. We were testing every single mask in the world. We're on a mission to track down every FDA-cleared 510)(K, which is the top surgical mask you can get in the United States. We've had to find some interesting place. Some of them you can't just buy on a website. So, this is the Hunan mask. I'm showing you the listing on Alibaba, where we bought it. You're seeing that 510(K) ASTM Level 1 disposable. They've got like, I guess, this is the factory that they're doing this at. They got pictures in the mask here. They got pictures of the box, FDA approved. That's that's a lie.

The lie detector determined that was a lie.

The FDA does not approve masks. They list them. I'm saying there's a picture of the box because this is what they sent us when we asked for a sample. So, a lot of these things exist where you have to buy like millions of them at once. And for some reason they just sent us this bag instead of sending us to the box. Now, a mask is really not a valid mask, especially a 510(K) mask without the box. So without some sort of label telling you about the mask and the materials, but these are samples. And we did get it from the manufacturer, so I assume that they're correct. So, I'm going to open this up and get it in the clamper.

All right. We will let it rip. This is a PFE machine, Particle Filtration Efficiency machine. If you want to find out more about this, I'm going to put something in the link there, but we are doing basically the same task that ASTM, this is supposed to be an ASTM Level 1 mask or that the FDA would do in the clearance process. Now, remember masks are not approved. They are cleared through a 510(K) process. There's only about a hundred companies in the world that have an FDA-cleared mask, which is why we thought we'd buy them all and see. This one I don't feel great about because the box that they're showing on their website saying that it's FDA-approved, you don't approve a mask and you wouldn't put that on a mask box anyways, if you did. So, I'm thinking that this one is not going to work well, but we'll see.

It's not a mask that's put together well. If you look here, the welds are all over the place. They're not even, the nose wire is off-centered. That just shows they're not doing much care to it. And then they also like didn't fold over the melplines. So you can see the nose wire, which I don't like. And spunbond is low-quality spunbond. I've got a little like Michelangelo Sistine Chapel thing going on there. And when that happens, when you see that cloudiness, you know that the spunbond is not very high-quality. Well, it actually didn't break though. That's like those walls are really strong. Didn't look good. But man, and nose wires super strong, very thick nose wire.

I'm going to call this smell someone's interesting kitchen. It's kind of like, there's like some... it's definitely plasticy but then some other stuff in there. This is probably, of all the 510(K)s we've tested, this one's has smelled the weirdest, but this was the packaging that came in and not the actual box. That's not super surprising. Let's look at the PFE machine for the results. 95.571, 95.571 that is below... No, that's the box pack that did it. Oh, shoot the monkey. 95.571. All right, guys, thanks so much for watching this.
