Hey everyone. Welcome back to the place we were testing every single glove we can get our hands on, including midnight mitts, midnight MITs, nitro gloves. This is a product that was named at a bar. Alright, go ahead and open that up for me, Tara, if you will. She's opening a camera so you can see that there's no funny business going on. She's going to cut a small sample out of that, what we call a dog bone. We're going to put on this machine behind us and then Chris is going to stretch it until it breaks. We're going to record that and tell you how good that is in relation to other

Gloves. General

Use. General use General. Is it because it's long? Yeah, it's long. She says it's a long glove. But you said it in glove terms. So a general use or one that's approved for what? Hair dyeing or? Yes, general. General purpose and beautician. General purpose and beautician Glove is going to have an extra long 260 millimeter cuff.

Yes. Across all

Sizes. Across all sizes. And that's so that it can protect your wrist as well. I'm assuming This is by a company called FRA Are Ready. First class coloring gloves, rolled cuff lengthens three inch on the wrist to provide ultimate

Protection.

It's really hard to get on. So put on a lot of mediums today. This is running small for me to be honest. Lemme see about more of those. This glove. Okay, this was, I can't tell when it was made. The expiration date is 2 27. Nigeria Falls, Ontario, Canada made in Malaysia. Okay, cool. You want to tell me the expiration date? If you can figure it out on there, you might be able to backdate it from the Or, sorry, the manufacturer date. Lemme try it. The wince test here, that's a pretty good glove, right, but it says the expiration date. I try the right test there. So we are looking, because they're claiming to be general purpose, they are out to a different standard. They need to hit four 50 to pass on the elongation. So we're basically going to stretch this glove until it breaks. The break point is where you see these lines dropping down. We're going to map it over time compared to all the other results we've had. We want to see this. Hit four 50 or 10 tensile. Strength 10.

Yes sir. 10 Megapascals.

Very low bar.

Very low bar. It's weird how hard it is to get on. Where is it?

Top

10%. Top 10%. Well it's running hot. Oh yeah, I can see it right there at the very top. It's got to get four 50.

Don't know. That's pretty high.

Yeah. Hitting the tensile strength though. Yeah. Okay. It could 4 46, 4 46 0.5% and 33.65 on the tensile strength. So it did fail according to the general use A S T M guidelines, but it's the longest glove I've seen most protection. So if you're really looking for something that, of all the gloves we've tested, this is definitely the longest cuff I've seen. So if that's what you're looking for, maybe I'd choose that. Alright guys, thank you so much for watching and I will catch you on the next test.
